It’s been a busy start to the year. All of our new Year 7 students have visited the LRC and learned how to use it. They are now getting stuck into their Accelerated reader STAR tests, along with Years 8 and 9. Meanwhile the Year 8 & 9 book clubs have started up, and the Year 7 book club will begin soon. Plans are afoot for all sorts of exciting events.
And just to start the year with a really nice treat, we have offered Years 7 and 8 the chance to choose their own book from this year’s Bookbuzz selection of specially chosen, subsidised books. It’s a great choice this year. Which one will be the most popular?
